Assistant County Attorney 1

The Butler County Attorney's Office has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time assistant county attorney.  Applicant must be a Juris Doctorate and have passed the Kansas bar.  Starting salary for this position is $73000.00, with a sign-on bonus of $5000, paid in 2 installments .  The county benefits package includes health insurance and KPERS retirement.  This position will be responsible for handling a variety of different case types and job duties will include courtroom appearances, trials and appellate work.
